Peninggalan Syaikh Maulana Maghribi Wonobodro
The grave of Sheikh Maulana Maghribi is located in the Wonobodro cemetery complex, Blado District, Batang Regency. The grave of Sheikh Maulana Maghribi is not the only saint's grave here. For this reason, this tomb complex is also known as the Auliya' Wonobodro Tomb. In this tomb complex there are several tombs of figures who propagated Islam, one of the most prominent and a center of pilgrimage is the tomb of Shaikh Maulana Maghribi. On Wonobodro hill there is also the tomb of Ki Ageng Wonobodro or what is usually referred to as Ki Ageng Pekalongan. This last figure is believed to be the founder of Pekalongan City. According to the caretaker of the tomb, Wonobodro's burial ground is fief land, namely land liberated by the kingdom in the past because of his services to the king. Every 13 Muharram, the grave of Shaykh Maulana Maghribi will be increasingly visited by pilgrims. Pilgrims not only come from Java, but also from Sumatra.
